Jal Binayak Temple - Renovation (जल विनायक मन्दिर - मर्मत सम्भार)

श्री जलविनायक मन्दिर जीर्णोद्धार — विनायक फाउण्डेशनको योगदान

विनायक फाउण्डेशनले चोभार, कीर्तिपुरस्थित ऐतिहासिक श्री जलविनायक मन्दिरको संरक्षण तथा जीर्णोद्धारका लागि निम्न कार्यहरू सम्पन्न गरेको छ:

1. श्री जलविनायकका लागि छत्र निर्माण गरी, जीर्ण अवस्थामा टुक्रा-टुक्रा भइसकेका स्वर्ण नागहरूको पूर्ण जीर्णोद्धार गरी पूर्ण स्वर्ण रूपमै पुनःस्थापना गरिएको।
2. श्री जलविनायकलाई अष्टमातृका जडित कण्ठीमाला, नागमाला तथा किकिपा जडित मुकुट चढाइएको।
3. जीर्ण अवस्थामा रहेको बाहिरी तोरणको पूर्ण जीर्णोद्धार गरिएको। यसमा गरुड, दुई नागकन्या, दुई परी, नृत्यमुद्रामा विघ्नान्तक, ऋद्धि-सिद्धि तथा छत्रसहित सम्पूर्ण आकृति राखिएको।
4. जीर्ण भएको भित्री तोरणको जीर्णोद्धार गरिएको। यसमा अष्टमातृका देवी (इन्द्रायणी, रुद्रायणी, ब्रह्मायणी, वैष्णवी, कौमारी, माहेश्वरी, वाराही, चामुण्डा), स्वच्छन्द भैरव, प्रचण्ड भैरव, विघ्नान्तक महाकाल, सिंहिनी, व्याघ्रिणी, दुई परी, दुई नागकन्या, आकाश भैरव तथा छत्र समेत राखिएको।
5. श्री जलविनायकको अगाडि राख्ने मूल मूर्तिस्वरूप, जलविनायकमाथि विघ्नान्तक महाकाल टेकेको २२ इन्चको मूर्ति स्थापना गरिएको।
6. श्री जलविनायकको अगाडि राख्न सिंग्बसा चढेका दुई थान कपालपात्र, कुण्डभित्र जलविनायकको मूर्ति, पूजा थाली तथा घण्टी अर्पण गरिएको।
7. मन्दिरको सुरक्षार्थ ५ थान सीसीटीभी क्यामेरा जडान गरिएको।
8. मन्दिर परिसरमा सम्पूर्ण विद्युतीय बत्ती जडान तथा रङरोगन गरिएको।
9. हाम्रो सम्पदा र आस्थाको संरक्षणमा सहयोग गर्नुहुने सम्पूर्ण भक्तजन, कालिगड तथा स्थानीय समुदायप्रति विनायक फाउण्डेशन हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त गर्दछ।

Restoration of Shree Jal Binayak Temple — Contributions of Binayak Foundation

Binayak Foundation has completed the following conservation and restoration work at the historic Shree Jal Binayak Temple in Chobhar, Kirtipur:

1. Built a chhatra (ceremonial umbrella) for Shree Jal Binayak, and fully restored the golden nagas, which had deteriorated and broken into pieces, reinstating them in pure gold.
2. Offered Shree Jal Binayak an Ashtamatrika-studded kanthimala (necklace), a nagamala (serpent garland) and a kikipa-studded crown.
3. Fully restored the deteriorated outer torana, retaining all its figures: Garuda, two Naga Kanyas, two Paris (celestial maidens), Vighnantaka in a dancing posture, and Riddhi–Siddhi, along with the chhatra.
4. Restored the deteriorated inner torana, retaining all its figures: the Ashtamatrika goddesses (Indrayani, Rudrayani, Brahmayani, Vaishnavi, Kaumari, Maheshwari, Varahi and Chamunda), Swachhanda Bhairav, Prachanda Bhairav, Vighnantaka Mahakala, Singhini, Byaghrini, two Paris, two Naga Kanyas and Akash Bhairav, along with the chhatra.
5. Installed a 22-inch principal image to be placed in front of Shree Jal Binayak, depicting Vighnantaka Mahakala standing upon Jal Binayak.
6. Offered two kapal patras (ritual skull bowls) mounted on singbasa, an image of Jal Binayak inside the kunda, a puja plate and a bell, to be placed before Shree Jal Binayak.
7. Installed five CCTV cameras for the security of the temple.
8. Installed electric lighting throughout the temple premises and repainted the premises.
9. Binayak Foundation extends its heartfelt gratitude to all devotees, craftsmen and members of the local community who supported the preservation of our heritage and faith.
